Before Dispatch

After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped
  • However, you may request a return after delivery (subject to eligibility below)

Returns Policy

  • The product received is incorrect or missing items

Return Window

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery

Required Proof

  1. Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  2. Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

For COD Orders
